denver: cross-cultural training and spiritual formation in urban america

Denver is nicknamed the Mile-High City because its official elevation is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level. Located in the center of the Front Range Urban Corridor, it sits right between the Rocky Mountains to the west and the High Plains to the east.

This program challenges students to thoughtfully examine God's unique vocational direction for their lives.   Monday and Friday afternoons are designed for instructional training in spiritual formation and leadership development.  Internships are focused in areas of business, social work, education, and law.  Students live in a shared housing duplex in the heart of the city.  From here, they are able to access the public transportation system to work sites.  They can also travel by foot into the heart of the downtown area while also accessing the numerous open space parks in the neighborhoods.

Through the internships and instructional time, Denver is designed to be a place for you to continue to grow, listen, learn and become a reflective visionary leader with both an eye and ear for the poor.
